CHICAGO —WMG is pleased to present its ‘Small Works Members’ Show,’ an exhibition juried by WMG co-founders, Kelly Hensen and Beate Minkovski. A treasure trove for collectors, art lovers, and gift givers, the exhibition includes almost two hundred works by 91 current WMG artist members.
On view are two- and three-dimensional pieces in a variety of media including painting, collage, printmaking, sculpture, ceramic and photography. Works have a size limitation of 13 inches and prices range from $25 to $250.

Kelly Hensen and Beate Minkovski opened WMG in 1992 as their personal studio and to show their senior NEIU show, ‘Man Made Women.’ Since then more than 8000 women from the United States and all over the world have shown their work in over 425 group and solo exhibitions. Beate retired as WMG’s executive director in December 2014, and both Kelly and Beate now serve on WMG’s Board of Directors. When time allows both women create their own work and sometimes make art collaboratively. Some of their pieces will be included in this exhibition.
