I’m jazzed when creating works of beauty and whimsy. Drawing from a foundation of traditional art training, my six-year-old sense of awe inspires me to seek surprises in the natural world, as well as our woman-made existence. My calling is to use art to help bring joy and serenity to our lives. That’s why I love teaching, too.

Watercolor is a favorite medium, although I work in textiles, photography and mixed-media. Each day there is more to learn. Each piece of art becomes my next challenge. I’ve been given an extraordinary gift. I’m driven to share it.
