A home should be a sanctuary, a place or refuge against the storms outside. For too many it is a dangerous place, instead. The safety protocols enacted to slow the spread or COVID 19 have isolated many women, children and men in unsafe, closed off dangerous little worlds where we can not see, or hear or reach them. This collage is my reaction to the sorrow I feel for those victims shut behind doors, keeping a virus out but their abusers in.
