#MeToo (2018)
plaster, paper, string
66 x 72 x 5 in.

I am artist with studios and a gallery in western Kentucky.

Color, shape, form and line can be manipulated by joining, to present a powerful image that tells a story or induces some kind of immediate reaction.

I use a variety of techniques, materials and processes in each installation piece. My methodology is consistently based on the experience of art in the community and its relationship to myself and the culture surrounding me.

Life Mask installations I have made with people from Ukraine, Russia, Italy, in my neighborhood, with my family and across America, allow me to expound our story: we are all humans first. There are other labels that may apply to us as individuals or communities, but first we are human and We Are Enough. (KY)
