In my work I use a lot of imagery from my childhood, both plucked from my memory and thoughtfully selected from my family albums. I’m drawn to images of meticulously dressed little girls, toys, animals and butterflies. Images that evoke the feeling of a lost time with everything seemed simple and carefree.
