Parting Gifts of Liberation is a collection of images compiled over a two-week period during the beginning stages of Operation Iraqi Freedom. We felt compelled to create this book in response to the overwhelming sense of apathy that was prevalent around us. Our intent is to provoke a broader sense of truth and to personalize the devastation that is caused by the Bush administration’s struggle to bring democracy to the world.
