This work is about intimate or internal dialogue in a time of disconnection. I first created this work to reference hair loss after childbirth, it references longing for intimacy with your partner again, absurd little notes in hair on your shower door. With Covid and isolation, I think the piece becomes a bit more universal, even to the point of an inside joke or dialogue in a time of isolation.
