These ribbons of color represent light during the cycle of a day. The reds are the rising and setting sun. The yellow is the sun or the moon. Blue is the night or reflections off of a surface. My choice of color is determined by times when I stop to look at the sky. At these moments, I feel as humble as a small figure in an Oriental ink painting.
