ARTIST STATEMENT
This piece explores the hidden truths we look for in ourselves and the way in which we both yearn for and fear self discovery. It is a reflection on what time can do to buried and difficult memories while acknowledging that truly knowing yourself means that you must go through some level of self-dissection and exploration even if it’s painful.
