The Freudian Fashion Show, a performance executed in Madison, Wisconsin in the fall of 2001, explored the connection between Freud’s psychoanalytic concepts and the realms of fashion and marketing. The pieces shown here are embellished photo-documents of the performance that continue to explore how fashion and marketing appeals to our psyche and how we as human beings attempt to convey ourselves through even the shallowest of means.
