Everywhere I look around my neighborhood I see something beautiful: lush trees, mountains tops, glittering shorelines, children running to the playground, a man walking his dog. Then I see the web of power lines dividing the scene into sections and imposing patterns. These lines compose the landscape. Would the mountain tops look strange without the grid? Would the trees be lost without the linear links?
