As a printmaker I create work in multiples, and to that purpose I believe the message behind my work ought to be one worthy of repetition. I am no stranger to the threats to the environment and population of the world, and I believe a most worthy message in my work describes threats to our environment as threats to our entire livelihood.

I firmly believe that change in our habits is imperative. If we as a society leave our environmental problems to our children, as our parents’ generation has done, it will surely be far too late for our survival. I can only hope that by incorporating these themes in my work, I can inspire a greater understanding of our situation and a change in how we treat our natural environments.
