ARTIST STATEMENT
My work has always dealt with the human condition. All of it springs from my role as a woman, mother and caretaker. I see myself as a mixed media artist and use a variety of materials as seem appropriate or perhaps, what is available.
I often use animals, objects or nature as a means to convey my artistic vision. It can be funny or not, but is often a comment on social issues or personal experiences.
