About the Exhibition

Open to all artists from the international community, ‘GrassRoots’, curated by Pamela Callahan and Deb Flagel, seeks to highlight the interconnectedness of our natural world through social, economic, philosophical and spiritual interactions.  How do these ideologies guide to protect our vast, yet fragile ecosystems which are contained in but not limited to wilderness, rural, suburban and urban environments.

Entries of work in all media may be mailed as jpgs on a CD: GrassRoots, Woman Made Gallery, 685 N. Milwaukee Ave.,  Chicago, IL 60642 –  or visit to submit your entry with digital files (jpgs) online. For video entries submit a still image plus link to your video online. Entry Fee: $30 for up to three works with one detail per work, if needed.
