Conceptual photography series of digital and digitally enhanced image of a piece of art I created to be a visual symbol of nervous knots being transformed to loving light, beautiful colors and calmness. The image depicts the beginning stage. I see these hanging in a group to be a reminder to stop and pay attention to the feeling a person has in their body. Particularly concerning knots or anxiety in the stomach region. A meditation can be done with breathing and seeing a loving light, calming energy and vibrant colors sweeping the stomach area of anxiety and nervous energy. The images are beautiful to look at with the added benefit of being a visual reminder to feel the body and relax. A goal of being free on the inside.
