After working in science and technology with a focus on repeatable process, I now work in the realm of surprises in a considerately playful process. Each piece is a captured moment in a continuum of materials and time.

I mix found, made and disassembled materials with found and created compounds. In addition to paints acrylic, oil and water, I use laser cut objects, fabrics, digital files and variety of glues, salts, and plants.

Out of a complex palette of materials, I seek simplicity. From experimental discord, the intersections find harmony. In serendipity lies an artful moment.
