AH LOVE! Continues my exploration of violence as a sub-current of our lives through my use of painted canvas that has been shot with a 12-gauge shotgun, cut and stapled. This painting, created on the eve of our invasion of Iraq, shows a creature declaring love while pointing a gun at the object of its affection. As in Iraq, force does not elicit love.
