Rose Bonacorsi

Rose Bonacorsi is a former graphic designer specializing in marketing and logo design, who is now on a creative journey to explore her love of the natural world in paint and mixed media. Currently working on abstracts and abstract landscapes. Graduate of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan with a BFA in Graphic Communication & Design.

“Raised on a farm in Southeastern Michigan and a child of European immigrants I was taught from an early age to have great respect for the land and the life giving qualities it holds. As a child I sought solitude and fuel for my creativity in the 33 acres I was able to roam. I realized that the earth has the ability to speak to my soul and comfort me. My hope is that my paintings and work can convey the communication I believe the earth makes to human souls when we listen.”
