Rebecca Greene

My work is made primarily from cardboard found around my job and studio building. I enjoy taking a discarded excess material and creating celebratory totems to be enjoyed outside of the typical gallery setting. Masks allow the wearer to reach deep down and express their primal animalistic personality traits without fear of judgment or humiliation. My work is meant to be enjoyed by anyone without the stigma of precious or untouchable fine art masterpieces.
