I come from a long line of women who always found joy in working with fabric. Guided originally by my mother’s eye, I have developed a love of texture, both visual and tactile. I now work with fabric, usually cotton and silk, and paper. I often incorporate photos I have taken into my work. I have long been interested in the subject of human relationships, especially relationships between people and those between humans and the physical world.
