ARTIST STATEMENT
Nina’s interdisciplinary artistic practice employs a wide range of media, including two-dimensional drawing, painting and photography, three-dimensional animation and puppetry, and other dimensional explorations, often in collaboration with other artists and community. She explores themes that emerge intuitively, focusing on identity, symbols emerging from dreams and relationships with the natural world, exploring with curiosity the urban ecology of her neighbourhood.
