My artwork concentrates my personal experiences of the Western landscape and lifestyle into stylized packages. Materials, modes of display, and the manipulation of scale allow me to set parameters for audience interaction, while infusing the work with a certain hokey, self-effacing sense of nostalgia.

I intend for these little places and the characters that inhabit them to communicate the core emotions of my narratives; it’s not always important to know the whole story to understand how it ended.
