In this painting, each square/rectangle/shape represents a day that we’ve been sheltering in place/self-quarantining. There are 90 shapes. When I painted it, we hadn’t reached 90 days yet, and now we’re beyond it. There’s a sameness to our days, just like the squares, but we’re trying to make them colorful and keep our spirits up.
