ARTIST STATEMENT
Fiber, beads, paint, and repurposed materials are the mediums I use to explore surrealist and metaphysical inner prompts. I challenge myself to explore various techniques and mediums as I define my style and niche over time. But the one common influence that threads my works and influences ,is the undercurrent of surrealism. As the world leans towards more extremism and less freedoms, surrealism and metaphysics, as during other turbulent historical times, inspires and gives voice to artists.
