As an artist, I depend on my inner source of inspiration to guide my artistic path and help new creations emerge. Like an inexhaustible fountain, it bubbles and flows continually (even when I’m not consciously aware of it). Impressions, feelings, images, and concepts emerge from this mysterious source and reach my objective consciousness as physical sensations, emotions, visualizations, and thoughts. Even when I turn away, or life’s demands preoccupy or distract, the flow remains and breaks through in unexpected ways. This painting pays tribute to that priceless fountain within, which fuels not only my art but my personal emergence as an evolving human soul.
