I am a self-taught painter/poet and have been for many years. My artwork displays my hopes, fears, dreams and experiences in life being a woman; not only as a woman but as a human being. My paintings relate to emotion; my favorite mediums acrylic and oil pastels help me recreate these ideas due to their vibrancies because color is also very important in my work.
