ARTIST STATEMENT
The Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health decision by the Supreme Court took away the right to reproductive freedom from the women and girls of our nation. What would be the consequences? How many would be harmed or forced to carry a pregnancy as a result of rape? How many women will be denied the care they need when faced with such painful and personal decisions? These were my thoughts as I created this piece.
