Touch has implications that fall within a spectrum that ranges from healthy, needed, and desired, to dangerous, unnecessary, or reviled. My work is reflective not just of physical touch, but the ways in which we have been touched that go beyond our perception. How has touch not only affected, but availed or afflicted us? Touch, or lack thereof, can lead to emotional, physical, and generational changes.
