I just keep thinking ‘I hope this isn’t six feet apart forever’. Using acrylic paint on clear acrylic allows me to blend this idea into every type of environment – let it sink into every background. My brush strokes aren’t aggressive, but agitated. Using a grayscale color palette makes it feel somber, dingy, and supernatural; taking away from the color association that we inadvertently do everyday.
