I have been working with the themes of decorative motifs and patterns for several years. I am fascinated by symmetry surrounded by a whirlpool of activity. The forms are inspired by the incredible patterns in nature. Found objects such as architectural pediments, old wallpapers, color samples, and scraps of reproductions combine with painted areas in my mixed media canvases.
