Whitney Bradshaw trained at Columbia College Chicago where she received an MFA in photography while adjunct teaching and working at the Museum of Contemporary Photography as a curatorial assistant and assistant registrar.

After graduating, in 2001, Whitney worked as the assistant curator of the LaSalle Bank Photography Collection for 7 years before accepting a position as the curator of photography for the Bank of America Collection.

In her 11 years of curating, Whitney has developed more than 40 exhibitions, which were exhibited in museums and cultural centers throughout the U.S., the U.K., Ireland, France, Turkey and Spain.

All along Whitney has continued to make and exhibit photographs while teaching a variety of courses including Senior Seminar and Theory & Criticism for both undergraduate and graduate students, at Columbia College Chicago.
