“These skulls are part of the 2020 collection, “13 Skulls” series created during the Covid-19 lockdown pandemic.
Skulls are part of Ofrendas for the Dia De Los Muertos Holiday, to honor and remember those that have passed, that are significant to life’s journey, and who contributed to positive life experiences. These skulls serve as memories of shared moments with people once cherished.
We all die someday and become stars… twinkling in the sky, waiting for our next opportunity to be born again.”
