I was inspired by the light through the petals, the glow in the late afternoon. The piece represents blazing movement toward a destination, a becoming.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Mary Jane Tenerelli is a photographer, poet and legal writer as well as the mother of two. She lives happily on Long Island with her daughter and her cat Lilith. Her work has appeared in galleries across the country, including Viridian Artists in NYC and FotoFoto in Huntington, NY.
