ARTIST STATEMENT
My books are often political in nature as this one certainly is. The leader of the deplorables once threw paper towels at a crowd of stunned Puerto Ricans, already shocked by the hurricane disaster they were experiencing. More recently, it is known that he is prone to throwing hamburgers against the dining room walls just off the Oval Office. This is the simple story of the latter.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
MA in Photography and MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I taught photography in the Fine Arts Department at The University of Chicago Laboratory Schools for 26 years. I am currently a Faculty Emeritus. My work is shown nationally and internationally.
