ink washes and candle smoke on foam core
11 x 10 in.

My current work addresses political and feminist issues. I love working with the figure: the complexity of anatomy, the expression in the eyes, faces and hands. I’ve been playing with washes, mixed media and monotypes.

Metaphor and symbolism intrigue me: my work explores ambiguity, mystery and the complication of inner space.
