Grafitti Walls are chain stitched with double strand embroidery floss on corrugated paper, mounted on cardboard spray painted black, with size 0 insect mounting pins.
Needle and thread are my pencil and paint. I use thread as line to make drawings on paper that conjure stories that go as far as the viewers’ imaginations will take them.
Thread applied as thick as paint fuses concepts of handwork with fiction. I invite imaginative interpretation, reflection and active engagement with my creative universe.
