ARTIST STATEMENT
As a recent college graduate, I am struggling with entering adulthood and feel pressured to begin making longterm life decisions, despite struggling with existential questions and a toxic political environment. My work documents my personal journey dealing with loneliness and my new found independence. I photography derelict buildings, found objects, and everything in-between with an explorative, optimistic aspect as I discover my new surroundings around Chicago.
