Vaccine Nightmare (January 2020)

I am a fiber artist working in collage style. Currently, I have been saving plastic packaging to incorporate into my work. Packaging from a holiday nail polish collection, obligatory pillow content labels, and an image of a 1960s Beatles fan – taken from my ephemera collection – were the inspiration for this prescription bottle nightmare tableau.
I am a proud Roosevelt University graduate who had the luck to be mentored by the late Don Baum while working toward my art degree. Mr. Baum was a key figure in the formation of the Chicago Imagists.
