Behind The Veil

In 2016 I travelled to Abu Dhabi and felt confronted by the hidden nature of women there. It interests me to conjecture on the world behind the veil. This wall hanging was a response to that experience and also won a Quilter’s Challenge to use a piece of Brassiere breast cancer awareness fabric.
