I’m from Sweden, grew up mostly in America and now live in London. There’s this strange thing about never being at home, being a perpetual tourist. I try to construct and negotiate meanings of home and narrative of belonging while working with what I consider to be a Swedish aesthetic sense. My primary subjects are myself, my husband, and our immediate environments. I am exploring ideas of intimacy, home, memory, and trauma, constructing visual stories of what could be and might be and may very well have been.
