My aesthetic: Urban – fascination with line – breathless, frenzied marks – capturing an explosion of glimpses – busyness – muted palette/scrubbed colors – black and white – energy of the landscape – skyline: vital? unreachable? – implied street life – sense of place – ambiguity/disorientation – whose perspective? – which rhythm?

My approach: I am fascinated by lines and marks and the busy polyrhythmns they create. The simple and sometimes complex act of drawing is my passion. For me, it is the most accurate and immediate way to express my fascination with line.
