ARTIST STATEMENT
My work focuses on critiquing the dystopia in society. I look at the world from a feminist perspective and aim to use decolonization as a lens for change. Pop culture is a tool to show the world what we are doing right and the facets of our lives that need work. I want people to look at my work and see the connections between what is real and what they can imagine. My work is meant to invoke conversation about human rights and for audiences to understand being human from the perspective of a bisexual, Indigenous, and Jewish woman.
