ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born in Vigo, Spain, Macus Alonso is a multidisciplinary artist. Traveling around the world has inspired many of her pieces. She began experimenting with jewelry while living in Africa and continued her work in Chicago. She received her art degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her current focus is process art and experimenting with a variety of textures and materials.
