This section is very much a work in progress which will slowly fill with information about women artists that is not found anywhere else. We started the project with information about local artist, Geraldine McCullough. The article plus those about Mary Ellen Croteau and Barbara Aubin were written by Nancy Nield Buchwald, who was a PhD Candidate at the University of Chicago whose research interests included Abstract Expressionism and contemporary feminist art.
